nice to see the folks again. they've been off for a short break to berlin which seems to be somewhere you have to fly to so yours truly can't go with them. mind you, it sounds as though it was very cold indeed so maybe just as well to be tucked up in the kennels. the girlies there are very fond of an old dog and as i was one of their rescue chaps i get a discount on the bill for life. bit of trouble with a grass seed in the ear just before they left. had to be sedated to have it taken out. well, a chap has to try...
